This was an awful experience! We placed an order for my car to be shipped from New Jersey to Texas. Our estimated pickup date was October 20, 2005. Almost three weeks later, the car has not been picked up and no scheduled pickup date had been established. Each time we called, customer service said he would call the driver and call us right back. Suffice to say we NEVER received a call back and there was never an answer to our many voice mails. From what I can tell, this seems to be a one man operation - Al Meida always picked up the phone. The last time we contacted the company, he said the carrier was in the NJ area and would pick up the car the next day. However, we had no estimate of what time this driver was coming or even the driver's number to contact him directly. My parents stayed in the house all day, by the off chance that Nationwide Auto was telling the truth. Since the driver never came, a few day later, we mailed in a cancellation notice. This was the only time we received satisfactory service! Our deposit of $250 was mailed back to us within a week. I still needed my car transported, so this time I did thorough research - on this website as well as the Better Business Bureau. We ended up going with Bullseye, which was a great experience.
