I'll spare the details, but it's the usual complaints. Wouldn't let them move a manure spreader for me.
Truck broke down in OK. No info on when/how/who would pick it up
cars damaged, suspension pieces loose, parts missing, paint scratched, etc.
Showed up finally in a trailer designed to carry motorcycles, run by some other outfit of incompetent
bums.

Mr Hall never informed National Transport that there was anything but a good delivery. We at National Transport always inform our cutsomers that if they have any questions and/or concerns that they should notify us immediately. So that in the event a problem should arise we can offer our expertise in helping to locate a vehicle and/or assist the customer in getting the vehicle(s) repaired. The driver,unfortunately, did break down in OK but was back up and running the next day.
