they lie lie lie, tell you the bike is being picked up then no call no nothing, you call and get voice mails and send emails finally get a response and they say MOnday then on Monday they say tuesday or wednesday, all lies, here I sit still with no bike that should have been picked up a week ago, then told truck broke down, basically they steal your money do not keep the lies straight no communication with customers that pay them. I have to dispute charge on my credit card as they won't refund the money they now have stolen. My contract says the bike would be picked up on the 1st, well it is now the 7th and still nothing, I cancelled the order with them and requested a full refund, said they would issue and still not given. I would give a negative star rating if possible wow stay far away unless you want to get taken
