DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORT SERVICE! I hired them to move my horse from New Jersey to Iowa. They promised delivery in 2 days, but it took longer than 4! The horse was on its feet for more than 90 hours straight. When the horse finally arrived, it was shaking and in distress. A picture taken just prior to boarding shows a well-fed horse. A picture taken the morning after arrival shows an under-fed horse (all ribs are showing). Worse, when positioning the horse to take it out of the trailer, they pushed the horse around like it was a criminal being taken out of its jail cell. They shoved the horse against the trailer wall and it fell down. (And this is no clumsy horse. It is a 7-year old award-winning jumper valued and insured for $40,000.) Then, they grabbed the horse by its 2 front legs and started dragging it down the ramp. BUT EVEN WORSE, when the barn owner (a pure, kind gentleman in his 70s) tried to intervene to stop this dastardly act, one of the movers said to him, "GET THE F**K OUT OF MY WAY, YOU OLD MAN!" These are terrible people! They should be put out of business.
