I booked their services through Safeway Car Transport and completely regret my decision. This is not my first time having to ship a car, but this is the only time I've had to chase everyone to get answers! By far the WORST customer service experience.

Get a call on Friday stating car will be delivered on Monday. When I asked for a timeframe, I was told sometime in the morning, but will call you on Sunday to give you a more accurate window. No call, so Monday morning I called, left a voicemail, waited three hours, called back, get this rude person on the phone telling me that the delivery it’s now some time in the afternoon but will confirm with me in 5 minutes. Another hour gets by, I called back, Vicky is now on the phone, I explained the situation, when she comes back on the phone she now tells me the car will be delivered sometime after 5:00 p.m. When I told her that It would have been nice to have been provided this information earlier so I didn't have to miss work, she starts screaming at me!
I understand things may happen on the road, but communication is key. You should have the courtesy of informing your customer. I am not asking for much here, provide me information about pick-up and delivery, RETURN calls/voicemails, communicate to your customers if things change, and be RESPECTFUL on the phone.
