I contracted with Jerry from movewheels.com for door-to-door service of my car from New York to Florida. The vehicle was picked up without issue. The driver could not get down my street which I figured he may not be able to. I drove the car 5 minutes away to get it loaded not a problem, and totally expected. However the delivery was quite the opposite my agent in Florida received a phone call from the driver that the vehicle will be dropped off at 12am( a gray area in the terms and conditions state the agent must be available by phone not that he will be required to pick up a vehicle in the middle of the night.) Here's the issue the driver calls him at 11:45 tells my agent I'm here. My agent looks outside his house and says no your not I don't see you and asks where are you exactly. The driver gives him directions to an address that is Two Towns over from where the car was supposed to be delivered and advise that that's as close as he can get to the agents house. This car was delivered 10 miles away from where it was supposed to be delivered their ad says door to door service this could be no further from the truth. The driver advised that he could not get down my agents Road which is a four-lane Highway with a shopping center directly across the street that he very easily could have pulled an 18-wheeler into as that's how the shopping center gets its deliveries to begin with. A little advice the advertisement for this company is very false your car will not end up where it's supposed to be because the drivers have no intention on delivering the car door the door if you want true door-to-door service do not call this transporter they are terribly dishonest. As most of these drivers do work for multiple booking agencies the drivers company name was Millionaire Auto Transport. The driver's name is Aleeyah Fletcher. You want reliable honest service with the car you haven't shipped call another transporter. And just as an FYI in case there's a response to this from the broker or the driver I had requested my agent give the driver a $50 tip had I been there and the circumstances would have been different and if he delivered the car 10 miles away from my residence there would have been no tip involved and if I could get it back I would
