I never write reviews -- this is a first because I was so FURIOUS about this service. Where to begin? I was first told that my car would be picked up on June 11, but it was over a week later that it was actually snagged. During this time, there was NO communication to me -- I was totally in the dark. I also signed an agreement that it would cost $700 +/- $100. Apparently this agreement was MEANINGLESS because they then informed me that it would actually cost $900. When it finally arrived, I happened to be out of cell service and we were informed for the first time that it needed to be paid for in cash. My car was then taken to a lot out of town and I was told I would need to pay an additional $50 to get it. This company was unprofessional and totally sleazy. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!! Again, I don't normally write reviews, but this was the worst experience I've ever had with a company.
