My car arrived in mostly good shape. No major damage, minus the fact that my front license plate was no longer with my car. It was stolen/lost in transit, the driver who dropped off my car had no idea what happen e because he was only the local delivery person not the driver who drove it across country.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that the license plate was lost in transit. In auto transport, the license plate would be considered a loose item. It is possible for this item to detach from the vehicle if not properly secured.
