Thank you for sharing your feedback, Brian. I am sorry to hear about the situation. As a broker, we take all the necessary precautions to prevent our customers from encountering unreliable carriers. We vet to make sure all carriers have the proper insurance and certifications. And we continuously monitor carriers to ensure they meet our service standards. Your feedback helps us to manage our preferred network.
When issues do occur, we are here to help. I can confirm that our claims department contacted you when you reported the issues. And offered assistance to help in the resolution. Unfortunately, we never received any response from you regarding how you wanted to proceed. Even after our follow-ups.
