Mercury was the broker for my auto move. They were aggressive in winning my business and in securing a transport company (NAO Auto). The Transport company did not fully meet my expectations – they where late in delivering the car in spite of the fact that the order that they bid on made the delivery expectations very clear. Jim at Mercury did respond to my customer service problem and did push NAO for a better opportunity.
Overall Mercury did a good job as my broker. I would have no problem using Mercury again.
