Price could be better but otherwise reasonable, prompt, and polite negotiator... would definitely use again. Jim Gozde ext:12 was very helpful in finding a driver in a reasonable time and price on my behalf. I would recommend using him to negotiate with drivers for you. Set a price and stick with it, and he'll do the rest of the legwork for you.
