Joel Licata was one of many agents who contacted me after I did an internet search for the key word “auto transport.” He was professional and persistent, but not pushy. Other agents lost interest when it was clear I was still thinking over the wisdom of transporting the vehicle at all, versus driving it myself, but Joel checked in every couple of months. Then, suddenly, I needed to move the car right away and driving myself was not possible. Joel helped me set up the opportunity, find a terrific hauler (V and A Transport— highly recommend them!), complete the forms and go. My car was loaded, hauled and here in four days for a price I appreciated. Car in perfect condition, driver professional and courteous. The whole effort was easy for me and had a happy ending. I credit Joel foe asking important questions, providing informative answers, and efficiently doing what he said he would do. I would call Mercury again — and work with Joel if I could.
