I had no idea how to transport my vehicle out of state, so I went on the web and chose Mercury after reading reviews and the information put out by Tracy. From there I trusted the company to do the job. Tracy from the company kept in touch and informed me every step of the way until a carrier was obtained. The carrier was as professional and supportive as Tracy, which was so helpful when moving out of state. Two days later the carrier called to let me know that my car was dropped off at my new house. I could not have been happier with the whole process, and would recommend Mercury to anyone looking for a professional experience. Kudos to all.
