Paul was very nice at Mercury who arranged the pick up. The driver picked up 1 day early my car, and kept in contact with me. My car arrived 2 days early. I was very pleased with all that.However when I saw my car it looked like the car behind it rolled in to it and my car rolled in to the front of the other car on the moving bin.The back on my station wagon was dented in above the bumper and the front was peeled off chipped paint from the car rolling in to the other car.I had black paint on my white car. The trucker denied this was his fault and said it was like that when they picked it up. He also said to me my car is old and rusted anyway. I believe the person I was speaking to who gave me my car back was not the original driver. The voice was different and him denying that fact. The driver did not properly anchor down the cars when they loaded to avoid this damage to my car. The body shop said the damage is very expensive to fix the hatchback door on my station wagon, it's out of line to close properly and the light is on. I would be afraid to use them again if the same driver was taking my car.
