Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We certainly appreciate your perspective. As your broker, we're always doing our best to ensure carriers will transport your vehicle in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, carriers do cancel vehicles from time to time, which is what happened in this case. We apologize for the inconvenience. As you noted, we did fully refund your deposit and have already shared your comments with our operations team to help improve communication in these circumstances.
We do hope you would consider giving us a fresh opportunity in the future.
