The customer service was fantastic!!! Charlie and the crew were great! I highly recommend Mercury. What I do not recommend is the truck driver they used Star Auto Express was terrible! The driver when he arrived in california as I watched him broke my passenger mirror off and stated to me, " I hate it when people watch me" and was rude and wanted to just collect my $$$ and told me to go to his insurance company... I was very upset. Upon calling Mercury and Charlie and Ashley they were the BEST got this handled in a quick manner. I'm a Customer Service Manager and this service I did get from Charlie and Ashley at Mercury was above and beyond! They will not be using this carrier any longer. I do recommend Mercury for the outstanding customer service and the constant updates. This kind of business is crazy as I have learned! Of all the agents i dealt with during this time, Mercury was the best!
