I was very pleased with the service. My total cost was half of what my primary moving company quoted me. Roman was able to work with me on the price while accommodating my flexible yet highly specific schedule. He took the time to explain to me exactly what to expect to avoid any unnecessary surprises. He also was able to work with me to help transport a few important personal items in the vehicle, and made sure that there was no issue with the full tank of gas that I mistakenly left in the vehicle. The drivers were courteous and flexible for both the pickup and delivery. The vehicle was delivered on-time, with no damage, and with all of the personal items still in the vehicle. I will definitely recommend Mercury Auto Transport and specifically Roman to friends and colleagues in the future.
