The agent was very courteous and kept us informed each step of the way as well as confirmed that the carrier had contacted us regarding the pick up and delivery.
The dispatcher for the transporter was also very courteous and kept us informed about the transport.
We were also pleased with the driver who we believe went out of his way to ensure the pick up was handled in a professional manner. He also contacted the point of contact at the destination and worked around his school schedule to ensure he was available at the time he would be in the area.
Overall we were quite pleased with the service and the cost.
