Contracted 2 weeks ago to ship a car to my military son. Within a few hours of signing the contact, Mate Logistics wanted me to shorten my destination by 1 hour when we contacted it to be door to door. Now almost 2 weeks later, they keep asking for more money. First it was an additional $200, but just a few hours ago Ben said price was $400 more than our contracted price and would probably be even higher next week. I have not agreed to these price increases because we DId sign a contract for a different amount which was fair. Mate logistics should not have agreed to the price if they couldn’t deliver it for that. Ben from Mate Logistics even commented he saw the negative review I had given the company and I am sure they will try and keep raising the price because of that. But it’s the truth. It’s a shame they can treat anyone with such poor service and do not honor their agreed upon commitments. It’s also a shame they don’t mind treating our military so badly too by not delivering their vehicles to them as promised. This company doesn’t seem to have any integrity. They certainly aren’t truthful. Maybe tomorrow they will honor the signed legal contract and ship my car. Do not use this company.
