Sales rep sounded 100% confident about pick up date, but car still hasn't been picked up after 2 weeks. Called several times to find out about situation, but never got called back. Assigned a driver after 2 weeks, but driver didn't show up. I had to contact the driver personally and was told my car wasn't dispatched to him. Over a very poorly managed company, lack of business ethic, poor service, no communication with customer, no follow up effort. I cancelled my order in the end and went to another company. This company do not know what they are doing and absolutely cannot be trusted!

So they said they will refund my deposit, we shall see if that happens. Very disappointed with this company. DO NOT USE THEM!
