We emailed you an apology and extended an offer of a $100 discount, plus the 10% discount for 'Active duty.' Moreover, this system is flawed. The prices aren't set until we make an agreement with a trucker. We do our best to quote as accurate as possible and go above and beyond to explain the process, and that's the part that was lost in translation.
