Fred thank you for your review I'm sorry that you feel you did not recieve a 5 star service from us. We contacted you as we always do, on dispatch, the pick up, and after delivery. I even had a few scheduled follow up calls with you. So, i'm sorry you felt our communication was lacking. Your transport did have some bumps in the preveriable road, however these were either unaviodable (like weather) or caused by the carrier's lack of communcation and not magic carpet's fault.
