Excellent customer service throughout entire process, including immediately providing quote; arranging earliest pick-up date, meeting target delivery date; confirming dispatch contact; and answering miscellaneous vehicle/transport questions. Annie responded to calls in a cheerful, intelligent and timely manner. Call pick-up by other staff at Magic Carpet were transferred to Annie with professionalism. My vehicle was picked up in the rain in Oregon on 1/4 and was delivered in the snow in Massachusetts on 1/10. Totally impressed!!
