Kathy was great. I called five different vehicle transport brokers before selecting Magic Carpet and would use them again.

The only concerning thing was that I was not specifically told the carrier would only take cash or certified when delivering my vehicle. I paid the deposit by credit card over the phone and assumed I could do the same thing when my vehicle was delivered in Boise. Having never transported a vehicle before, I did not know any better. Instead, I was informed I had to come up with my balance of $700 in cash or certified funds before he could release my vehicle on the day it was delivered. It's a good thing I had that much cash available to me.

To be fair, the contract terms with Magic Carpet did indicate that the delivery fee would have to be paid by cash or certified funds when picking up the vehicle, but it was not specifically communicated to me and I did not read the fine print (you're kind of busy when you're moving, right?).

All in all, it was a good experience. Thank you!

Courtney, thank you for the review. Im sorry you didnt hear the part where i said what the balance was to the driver, I do tell that to every one what the break down is for the transport. Sorry again for the miscommunication. Kathy~
