From the first day of contact this company was very professional. I was able to stay in contact the whole transport of my car with no problem. The company would dispatch the driver and would call me back and let me know exactly what state my vehicle was in and any issues that the driver may have been facing. I felt like my car was safe and that they were doing their best to have the car delivered within the allotted time that was quoted to me at the beginning of pickup. I also felt that the cost was reasonable and was told when the deposit would be withdrawn from my account. I had a good experience with magic carpet transport and would use their services again. I also suggested them to a friend who needed transport service.
