Although I didn't ultimately use Magic Carpet b/c of a previous booking fiasco, I would definitely use them in the future. Linn was very professional, helpful, and prompt. I contacted Magic Carpet b/c I was not satisfied with the company I was using and 2 hours later, she had found a carrier for me that was ready to pick up the next day. Very impressive when the other company had no idea when they could get me booked and it took them an additional 5 hours to find the same carrier. I just wish I had found Magic Carpet first b/c it would have been much easier.
