Even though the driver showed up in California a day late, we assumed he'd be late because of his schedule of pickups and deliveries he made.
Driver was also late (6 or 7 hours from his estimate), but they gave us a $50 discount because of that, so I didn't really mind.
I appreciated their service. You have to do a lot of leg work checking up with the drivers and the dispatch and the brokers if you want to get time estimates and make sure everyone knows what everyone else is doing, but I assume it's the type of thing you have to do that with every company.
Excellent; I'd use them again.
