I am not usually one who leaves feedback, but Crystal Warner @ Magic Carpet deserves this write-up. She helped me understand how this transportation process works, and worked with me patiently to get me the exact shipping date I wanted on a 2 day notice. My car arrived on time. There was an issue that I had with the trucking company, which she relentlessly pursued. In fact, because of my complaint she removed that trucking company from her list of truckers so her customers don’t have problems in the future. I would recommend Magic Carpet and Crystal without hesitation.
