Stephanie at Magic Carpet Auto Transport was the best. She assisted me with a quote and the actual order being placed. I have to say that I had found other places that were less than what Stephanie had quoted me, but she worked with me and gave me a discount, which, I believe, was to come out of her commission/quota. Nonetheless, although slightly higher in cost still, I dropped the other company (R.A.T.), who gave me the run around and treated me as if they did not need me as a customer, and went with Magic and Stephanie. Stephanie realized the importance of my car getting to my son, in the Marines and understood my stress level, caused by my dealings with the other company. I recommend Magic Carpet because Stephanie went beyond the call of duty and continues to do so, to see that the deadlines are met and all parties are in sync; making me feel comfortable and pleased that I can trust all of them from the Company to the driver in getting my car to my son. Stephanie deserves recognition, because, I must say, I can be difficult to please at times (lol), but in dealing with the soft-toned voice of Stephanie at Magic Carpet and the reassurance of her words and actions - it made my day a blessing at the end. In summary, they are the best!!!
