Definitely made an effort to accomodate me. Pickup was on time and that was crucial. Would definitely use again. The biggest headache is that the pickup and drop off times are in the middle of the work day and there's not a lot of warning. That's probably true with any company but it's pretty hard to just drop what you're doing and go pick your car up when you're a surgeon.
