I called Magic Carpet in advance of my purchase of a '59 Triumph. I explained to Lloyd that I was in Florida and had not yet seen the car in Idaho. Unable to confirm the deal, Lloyd went ahead a lined up a carrier for a tentative pick-up the day after my purchase. All worked as planned. I bought the car and the following day it was in an enclosed trailer making it's way to Florida.
My main concern was that the car was being handled properly. Of course I was anxious to receive it (like a kid at Christmas). but I told myself I would not stress over a delivery date. Lloyd guestimated 10 to 14 days. Again, my concern was the treatment of the car. I got a call on the 7th day from the driver saying he would be at my address that same afternoon.
The car arrived safely and as clean as when it left Idaho. What more could I ask for?
