Don't contract this company. They are middle man that collect your money and assume no responsibility after they arrange the trucking company for you. Read the fine print before paying them. I paid them $250 plus $800 cash for the transportation company, so it is an easy $250 for them to make, but the least they can do is to help me with my claim when my car came in damaged. My car's tie rod was bent due to improper way of securing the car to the truck, I only found out after I paid the driver $800 and got my car; I had to tilt my steering wheel to 45 degree in order to drive my car straight. The trucking company that deliver my car is called USA Unlimited Services in Atlanta, Gerogia, they really don't know what to do, so stay away from them as well. After much complaints by emails and phone calls, Magic Carpet advised me to call the police and file a report to the trucking company, they also said they will give them 1 star rating, but that did not help me with my $800 repair bills. If you are real legit 5 Stars company, the least you can do is to refund the money you collected from me, because you did not fulfill your part of obligation by bringing in my car in good condition, and you are the source for all this mishap!!!
