Overall efficient and courteous customer service for transporting a car from PA to WA (Craig Peterson). Followed up after first quote to see if I wanted to do business or not, but not in an aggressive way. Quote was competitive to others out there. Spelled out how the process works clearly, and what costs were due when. Would recommend them. The carrier Magic Carpet found to take the car was late to the pick-up due to break-down, but courteous and efficient when they arrived. Obviously had been doing this a while b/c they knew what they were doing.
