I got a call from Casey as I asked for the quotes from many companies. He was good, but not prompt to call back. I had to give many calls to his company but I hardly got reply back. The original price promised was $1090.00. But as the day approached to ship car, they suddenly increased the price by $110.00. I was surprised and shocked as I didn't have time to schedule car pick-up with any other company. I felt it was cheating and taking advantage of encashing the situation. Also my address was written wrong in invoice and despite of me mailing him new address, driver was not informed and I had to communicate with the driver. I had to wait for e-mail reply and phone call reply on July 23rd as they said they will pick up car that day but no response till evening, and I only had to call him to make sure that my car will be shipped. The driver- Jack is very good in replying, picking-up and dropping car. He is nice and takes good care of the car. Be careful in choosing this service as they will not stay on their promise.
