This is the third time I have used Magic Carpet Auto Transport to send a vehicle cross-country. I have referred family members to them as well. Why? 1) They are honest. 2) They care. 3) They will do their best for you, and if something's not right they will make it right. 4) They stay in close communication. 5) They deal with decent carriers who do what they say they'll do - subject to the usual vagaries of a six day trip. (It's an inexact science, for sure.) 6) They do all of the above with a sense of humor and a genuine desire to provide the best service possible, in what I deem is a difficult business. 7) Our vehicle arrived on time and according to arrangements made at pick-up, with no damage. Carrier was very responsive and cooperative. I would recommend Magic Carpet Auto Transport to anyone. Btw, there seems to be a lot of room for shenanigans in the auto transport business. They don't participate. And I like that. I will use them again if the need arises, and MCAT is the only company I will use. I wouldn't think of calliing anyone else. Ask for Sue Garrison. She's the best.
