I was trying to ship my car from Florida to Ohio and called Magic carpet with a requirement to have my vehicle picked up by the next day since I have to relocate the third day. At first they gave me a quote of $530 with a commitment that they will pick up the vehicle by the next day.But it never happened, I had become frustrated by calling them till the last movement. Later I handed over my vehicle to my friend assuming that they will pickup the vehicle at least in the next one day or two. After one day , surprisingly I got to know from them that they will be able to ship my car only after 3 days (6 days after I received the original quote) that too with an increase in cost ie they gave me a new quote of $750. Bottom line, they were not able to honor the quote they provided and keep up time. In other words never trust them since they will not keep their word. I would never recommend Magic carpet to any one - Thanks
