Sue and team at Magic Carpet are extremely professional. I was having trouble getting my car shipped in a timely fashion by the Audi dealership (waited almost 3 weeks with no activity), so I contacted Magic Carpet and they were able to advise me as to why my car wasn't being picked up by any carriers. She did this despite knowing that I probably wasn't going to use them. Eventually I got fed up with the wait, and the dealer agreed to use Magic Carpet. The offer was picked up by a carrier within 3 hours of contacting Sue. The carrier was excellent - the car was picked up exactly when they said it would be, and delivered a day early, in excellent condition. The driver even took the car to a carwash to deliver it clean to me. I received contant phone and email communication by Sue and the carrier. Highly recommended!

It was a bonus that I got your business when it didn't work out for the other guy and really glad my advice helped get your Audi moved so quickly.
