Kathy was very helpful in setting up my auto transport. There was a slight communication block between Magic Carpet and the carrier but she stayed after hours and finally got through and got my car picked up on the last day of a 3-day window. Just to be clear - the communication block was on the carrier end, not Magic Carpet's. Great experience with Magic Carpet, my car was delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date. I would use again.
