Magic Carpet contacted us as soon as a driver was interested in picking up our new vehicle, and with some efficient contact between Magic Carpet and the driver and us, the vehicle was picked up that same night! Adrian made the somewhat daunting experience of releasing our new vehicle into the "unknown" feel easy, secure, and so positive! If we need to ship again, I will most certainly call Adrian first.
