I used Magic Carpet in 2010 to make my move from California to New York and I knew they provided excellent service; thus I decided to use them again to make my move from New York to Texas. I was contacted several times through phone calls and emails by Don about when I was ready to discuss shipping my car in a 2 weeks span. With working at music camps, preparing for a big move, and training for rowing championships in 12 hour days; the extra calls were overbearing. When I was ready, I contacted him and he was informative of the details of the transport: pricing, location, and how they could accommodate my needs. His confidence and friendliness assured me that I made the correct decision in utilizing this company again, even though it was more costly. He kept me updated about finding a carrier, which was nice in knowing that something was happening behind the scenes. My carrier was late by two days for pick up and Don contacted me each day to find out if the car was picked up or if it was still delayed. For arrival, the carrier was late by several hours and I could not reach him. Don was able to get in contact with him and helped me determine the new delivery time. His genuine kindness was refreshing.
