I placed an order with Kathy Ashlock of Magic Auto Transport. No call was made to me for more than one week and that only took place because I called them. The excuse made was that this vehicle was in a difficult location and it was very hard to get a driver. We agreed to increase the price, no results. I called another Carrier - Total Car Shipping and they had the order accepted while I was on the phone. When I called to ask Magic Auto Transport to release the order I was hassled by Kathy. When Total Car Shipping went online to see if the vehicle had been released. Magic Auto had actually increased the bid and would not release it. I take it that Kathy's manager Michelle was aware of what took place. Very unprofessional treatment from Magic Auto that Total Car Shipping was able to overcome. Best regards to all those who use the servies of Magic and its many affiliates. I'd make inquiry before you jump in with them.
