Stephanie did a good job. She was always helpful and up-to-date on everything. For any problems with the trucking companies- and these were minor- she was fast, accurate and very helpful.

During the process, she was always available for questions about pickup dates, drop-off dates and times and what we paid after the car was picked up and what we owed the driver and in what form when the cars were dropped off.

The truckers broke a key to one of cars- an electronic key, and expensive to replace. The trucking line let me know about this in advance, said that the car company allowed only the owner to replace the key and that they would reemburse us for the key. Stephanie assured us that the line was good and would keep its word- but if there was any trouble at all on this score to give her a call and she would make everything right.
