We had our Ford Edge delivered in mid January by their Halandale group. The delivery was 5 days late. When we examined the car we noticed extensive damage on the roof and moon roof. The driver had me quickly sign the receipt prior to full examination of the SUV (my fault) and never gave a copy to me. We noticed the damage when the SUV was in our driveway. I immediately notified our contact in the Jacksonville office and called once more. He never returned my call The final damage was more than $2,000. We had it repaired by AutoNation Collision in Florida. The repair costs were on top of the $1,000 transport fee that we paid to MIG Express.
