I have research all kinds of different companies to transport my car from CA to FL. I looked at many websites to find safe company that is reliable, priced fairly and would pick up my car and deliver when promised. Brokers offer all kinds of deals that may sound really good the truth when asked specific questions was not all that nice. I needed my car to be picked up on a short notice at the auction to avoid paying parking fees and no company out there could promise me that unless I would pay crazy fees. I contacted MB Transport, which is based in CA and is not a broker but actual trucking company. Benefit of dealing with trucking company is that you will definitely save money since brokers charge average of $200 just for booking you a truck and once they do that, trucking company takes over. If anything would happened to your car, broker would give you a number to a trucking co. and tell you to deal with them. Another benefit is that truckers will work hard to earn your business, therefore they will provide better service. Mike at MB Trans was able to pick up my car on a one day notice (as he promised) and deliver it in FL 4 days later. He conducted a vehicle inspection while I was on the phone with him to make sure that the car was in the condition that I expected it to be. Once the car was loaded on the trailer, it was NOT moved from one truck to another like some companies do, but arrived in FL in the same spot on the trailer that it left CA. Furthermore, MB Transport has a website will provide you with continuos tracking of your shipment. You can log on the site and see where your car is, and at any time you have any questions you can call the company and no one else but the trucker himself will answer the phone and answer any questions you have (non of that broker stuff telling you that he'll call you back later, hopefully, and give you an answer). Overall I was very pleased with MB Transport and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Friendly attitude, superb service, express delivery is standard and requires no extra charge.
