Lorri was assuring that all was ok and that there were no hidden charges.I felt comfortable and she assured that all would be ok.This had been prompted by a not so good review and critique. I asked her many times and she said to call her if anything negative came up or I was dissatisfied with anything with what she had booked and put together. She said that she would be my contact from beginning to end.The windshield was broken when my truck arrived and I called her and she assured me that all would be taken care of.She told me that in case there was a problem to call her and she would make sure I would be satisfied with the results. She assured me again and again that the transport company was a good reputable company and that they would wire the money to fix the windshield into my account as they had said.If that didn't happen I was to call her and she would make sure it happens.She is a definite asset to your company for I would have probably would shipped it by rail but her assurance swayed me over to your company. She is truly a professional,friendly person and does a great job
