Only major disappointment was that we were promised door to door. But that was not the case, either in pick up or drop off. Size of auto carrier prohibited mobility in residential area, as the driver pointed out. I doubt the sales person cared whether this was true- she was interested in sale and if that required promising that could not be delivered, so be it.
