ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. THE DRIVER DAMAGED MY CAR AND GAVE ME A SIGNED RECIEPT. I SENT TO LUXURY. AFTER MAKING ME SEND THEM RECIEPTS, AND MECHANIC'S STATEMENTS THAT THE REPAIR WAS MADE, THEY PROMISED A REFUND CHECK TO COVER THE DAMAGE. THEY HAVE BEEN PROMISING THIS CHECK TO COVER THE DAMAGE SINCE AUGUST. STILL NO CHECK. I HAVE BEEN EMAILING AND CALLING, AS HAS THE PERSON I MADE THE TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS WITH. THEY KEEP ON PROMISING BUT NO CHECK. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE!!!
