After receiving no information after my credit card info was received about my pick up I called on the scheduled day to find out when the driver would be there. Come to find out the driver magically canceled one day prior and now they could HELP ME out by getting me a new one at an additional 200$ cost. Claiming they needed to make some sort of money on the deal and stating that gas prices have increased... when in fact the have decreased, was an absolute insult to myself.
It seems this company low balls a quote and when you commit and release all of your other options they turn the screws with some sub par excuse.
Horrible attitude and overall customer service.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
No I am stuck paying 300$ over what i could have got when I first made the add weeks prior.
This is a shame organization and I am very distinguished with their service!
