Charles was very helpfull he explain tome everything on detail. Once I saw some of the reviews I was concern but looking at the price and other reviews i felt more comfortable. My move was from Maryland to california. When the day came I needed to change the address to a neighbor of mine and Charles was kindly to change the pick-up address for me. I was very pleased with the service my vehicle arrived a day earlier of what I epected and Rick the driver gave me a 2 hour notice as promised.
