Jon was true to his word.After speaking to Jon and telling him what I needed as well as the current frustration of trying to get my daughters car delivered he said he would call me back.I did not think he would call me back since i told him how is it that you can promise a pick-up when others said the same thing but never came through.Well he did call back and said can you have car ready for pick-up the next day.All I could say was yes and WOW.THANK YOU.I will certainly be calling Jon again for the return trip of the car next year.Thanks again
